QHow do I know if another sales rep has an account while I am prospecting?
AHey this is Rumple, it’s Simple, just click "Business Search" and start typing the account name, it searches the full business name or any business name with that word in it.
QInformation doesn’t appear or dollars didn’t add.
ARefresh, yes it’s that simple, when in doubt, just hit refresh OR make sure you click out of the box once you’ve added the number(s)
QHow do I donate an account?
AGo to "My Customers" select the account add a few notes as to why the account is being donated and click "DONATE" it will ask if you are sure, click YES and congrats you have donated an account…doesn’t it feel good?
QWhen I donate an account it says I must enter notes before donating, Why?
AThis is to help the next person who might pick up the account. Whether you leave a long note or something simple, it’s up to you…just leave something.
QHow do I delete an account
AGo to "My Customers" select the account and click "DELETE" it will ask you if you are sure, click YES or NO and just like that you are free from that account, Simple right?
QHow do I reset my password?
AGo to the Rumple login page click "Forgot or Change Password" it will then ask for your email address, enter that and click "Reset Password" then check your email for your new password.
QI reset my password, but I want to customize my password, how is that done?
AIf you want to set up a customized password log in with your current password, click on "My Profile" enter your new password, confirm your new password below and then click "Update Password" WOW that was easy!

QHow do I claim an account from the 2nd Chance Jar?
AOnce you have found an account in the 2nd Chance Jar, simply click "Claim Me" below the account and it will automatically be added to your account list, provided you have an open account spot on your list.
QWhat if the numbers aren't totalling up when I add them?
AOnce you’ve added a number or dollars click out of the box, if it still doesn’t add hit refresh.
QWhat happens when I get a "Yes", "No" or a "Not Sure" answer from an account I ask for dollars this week?
AIf you get a YES, enter the amount closed next to the client name. If you get a NO, put a zero, if you get a maybe or pending, just leave the dash and it will show up in "This Week’s" open accounts until you get a YES or NO.
QWhy won’t it let me add an account to "this week?"
AThis happens when you already have THAT same account in your "This Week" plan or that account is "Open" or has pending dollars, once you either close or put a zero in the "asked" box for that account, you will be able to add it as another "ask"
QWhy does it say there is money "still needed?"
AThis means your plan for "This Week" doesn’t include enough "dollars asked" based on your average close for the last 8 weeks. Long story short, it means you need to plan on asking forr more money this week.
QWhy can’t I add an account to my account list?
AThere is only one reason you can’t add an account, it means you have already hit your maximum account list number and need to either delete or send an account to the second chance jar OR be really convincing to your sales manager as to why he should increase your account list total.
QHow do I download or print my account list?
AHey this is Rumple, It’s simple, go to "My Customers" click on download, open the downloaded file (CSV/Excel) and hit print.
QWhat if I love Rumple and want to tell a fellow Sales Manager or Sales Rep in another Market?
